Natural Remedies For Blood Pressure



       Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps out blood. If this pressure rises and stays high over time, it can damage the body in many ways. It is important to take steps to keep your blood pressure under control. If lifestyle changes alone are not effective in keeping your pressure controlled, it may be necessary to add blood pressure medications.   • Reduce the Intake of Salt.
  • Meat and egg cause blood pressure to rise more than any other food. Avoid meats, sugar, tea, coffee, pickles, fried food.
  • Eliminate the use of caffeine, alcohol and tobacco.
  • Maintain a Health Weight. Being overweight is associated with high blood pressure.
  • Take about 25-30 curry leaves and make a juice, using 1-cup water. You can even add on limejuice to it for making it tastier. Strain and drink it in the morning.
  • Take equal amounts of Onion Juice and Honey. Now mix both of them properly. You may take 2 tablespoons of this mixture daily for 2 weeks daily. Onion juice reduces cholesterol and works as a tonic for nervous system. Honey soothes the nerves and is also helpful in lowering the high blood pressure.
  • Eat 1 Papaya on an empty stomach daily for a month. Do not eat anything after for about 2 hours.
  • A real effective home remedy for high blood pressure is to take 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp ginger juice and 1 tsp cumin powder and mix them well. Have this mixture at least two times in a day.
  • Garlic is known as one of the most effective remedy in lowering the blood pressure. 
  • Indian gooseberry (amla) is also effective food remedy for high blood pressure. One tablespoonful each of fresh amla juice and honey mixed should be taken.  



 Steps To Cure Diabetes




Diabetes is a most common chronic disorder. People of any age can be diabetic. A diabetic person is resistant to insulin and cannot generate insulin. Obesity, stress, sedentary lifestyle, nutritional deficiency and lack of exercise are few of the causes of diabetes.  


  • Take a tablespoon of aloe vera gel and mix ½ teaspoon turmeric and ½ teaspoon ground bay leaves powder to it. Take this two times daily preferably before lunch and dinner.
  • Mix a teaspoon of turmeric powder to teaspoon of gooseberry powder (dried) with honey. Take this daily.
  • Cinnamon is a well known home remedy for diabetes (any type i.e. type 1 or type 2). Add a teaspoon of cinnamon to your regular diet. Boil 4 cups of water and add 3 teaspoons of cinnamon to it. Take this daily to get good results.
  • Take a glass of water and boil 10-15 fresh mango leaves in it. Drain the leaves off and drink the water on an empty stomach. It is very effective home remedy for diabetes.
  • Garlic controls sugar level. Include it to your daily diet.
  • Take a glass of water and soak a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in it. Leave it for overnight. Drink the water and chew seeds on an empty stomach. It works like wonders
  • Take 4-5 leaves of sweet potato and add one tablespoon of ash gourd to it. Boil this mixture in a glass of water. You can have the strained tea early in the morning. It is very simple home remedy for curing diabetes.
