Natural Facial Masks

Step 1:

The first step in getting the skin glow everyone is after is drinking 6-8 cups of pure water each day. Water flushes the body of toxins that if not cleared out can cause the skin to lose it's glow and cause acne (how to clear and prevent acne) , dry skin and more. Some people see clear skin within 2 weeks by following this step alone.

Step 2:

Cleanse the face morning and night with manuka honey. Manuka honey is a super food that is also a very effective skin treatment. Directions for using honey are, take a small amount with your fingers, add a drop of lukewarm water, and clean as normal for 10-30 seconds or until skin feels clean and wash off.

Step 3:

Using a face mask once per week will definitely help getting the glow. There are a few face masks that I have found to be good, these include avocado, honey, but the best by far I have found to be is green clay. Green clay works by pulling impurities from the skin leaving the skin clean with a nice glow.

Step 4:

Keeping active is very important when trying to achieve glowing skin, as with water exercising helps get toxins out of the body and it also helps getting the lymph to move faster around the body meaning a healthy inside and glowing outside. How long you exercise for is up to you but I would aim at the beginning for 30 minutes of light exercise minimum each day and then increase.

Step 5:

Minimizing stress as much as possible.

Step 6:

Consume skin food on a daily basis, when talking about skin food I'm referring to food that helps the skin stay healthy. The best skin foods would include, goji berries, blueberries, avocados, cucumber, lettuce, and also if you want the best results you could juice all of the above ingredients and any other you want to include to make a super glowing skin juice.  See also ::  How to apply fruit facial
