Fashion Tips

Fashion has become an art, a way of life, a way of expressing ones self. Who doesn’t pay attention to fashion these days? Whether designer, model, photographer, apparel manufacturer, clothing retailer, boutique owner or just consumer of these precious items, we can’t turn our back to the fact that everything is touched by fashion. Every woman wants to look her best from the tip of her toes to the roots of her hair.  Women spend hours toning their bodies, shaping their eyebrows, styling their hair and nails, and selecting their favorite scents for perfumes, body lotions, and bubble baths.

Earrings That Suits Ur Face

Earrings are a popular piece of jewellery and it is essential to choose the right styles for your face shape. Wearing the right earrings will help to flatter and define your features.Y our face shape (oval, round, heart, square or rectangle) plays a role in choosing earrings that complement your overall look. When selecting the right earrings for you, remember that earring shapes should balance out the shape of your face instead of matching it.Here are the tips for each face shape

Round Face Shape

  • Long narrow drop earrings suits very well for your face. You can also try these earrings given below.
  • Square, oblong, oval  and rectangle drops.
  • Elongated styles will draw attention down instead of around
  • Also longish types earrings with angles, will make a round shaped face appear more dimensional.
  • Avoid hoop earrings, studs and large chunky earrings they will accentuate your roundness.

Heart Face Shape
  • Teardrop earrings
  • Rectangle shape earrings.
  • Triangular earrings that are tapered at the top (the opposite of your face shape)
  • Oval and circular earrings
  • Shapes of earrings that come to a point at the bottom, as they tend to make the chin look pointy, and the face look 'elfish'
  • Avoid earrings that are the same as your face shape (wide at the top and narrow at the bottom).

Oval Face Shape

If your face is an oval, you are one of the lucky ones. You will probably look good in any jewelry style or length that you are drawn to. Triangular shaped earrings will look great with an oval face. Look for dangling earrings that are not too long.

Diamond Face Shape
  • Short and wide earrings
  • Small tear drops and pear shapes
  • Triangle shapes
  • Ovals and studs
  • Avoid long thin earrings

Square Face
  • Earrings with a round and angular edge
  • Long drop earrings.
  • Multi-tiered dangly earrings
  • Exaggerated earrings
  • Hoops and curved edges
  • Square shaped faces will best suit rounded shaped earrings, and chandelier types.
  • Avoid: Angular shaped earrings, and studs, as they emphasise the strength of the face. You want to soften the broad angles of the face for a more feminine look.

Dressings Based On Ur Body Shape And Skin Tone.

It′s essential to select your classic party dress based on your body shape. Focus on the proportion between hips, waist and shoulders. If your shoulders are wider than your hips (this look can be associated with a more ample bust as well), chose a dress with a draped top and a pencil skirt-type lower half, that will compensate for your heavier upper half and enhance your hips and legs. Avoid plunging necklines, as they will place too much emphasis on your already heavier torso. If your body has a rectangular shape and there is small difference between your waist and your hips, you need a dress which creates the illusion of a more feminine silhouette. Chose an empire dress with a scoop or V-neckline that emphasizes the lower part of your ribcage and "raises" your waist.

Fat

  • If you are fat ,then I suggest you wear clothes that have longitudinal designs, say stripes .
  • Avoid wearing too much of dark shades, but if you like dark shades and can't stop wearing them, at least avoid big prints.
  • Also avoid short shirts; these will not go with your image.
  • Fatter ladies should not wear the light coloured dresses. Black colour gives the smarty look.

Thin
  • You are lucky, you can experiment with light colours. Wear lots of whites. but you must avoid synthetics, as this fabric can make you look skinny.
  • If you want to look wider, wear neutral/light colours and play with contrast. For example wear light tops and dark bottoms or vice versa. Prints look great on you, so go for big motifs. You can also wear horizontal stripes if you are tall.
  • Thick fabrics, soft and flexible knits suit you.

If you are tall make sure you try lengths that end at your calves. Avoid very long kurtas. This will unnecessarily accentuate your height. Also, avoid vertical lines and prints and high-collared tops/ kurtis.
Short: Try skirts that go till the knee or an above-the-knee length. Opt for kurtas that end at, or slightly above, the knee.

Fair Complexion
  • Brighter the better u look.
  • You will look best in intense, rich colours, like black, navy blue, red, and hot pink. These powerful shades will compliment your colouring. For lighter colours, wear bright white or icy pastels, such as like cool blues, pinks and yellows.
  • You can even try hues of blues and lemons. A fresh lime green colour is great for sunny days.
  • For a pop of color look for navy blue or baby blue, lavender, lemon and light pink.
  • Avoid purple , red , Orange , Yellow.

Dull Complexion
  • You should look at light/ pastel shades.
  • Dark skin tones look great in white, khaki, gray, light blue, eggplant, bright red, orange and pink.
  • Try selecting clothes that do not have too much embroidery. Choose outfits with subtle, sober embroidery and embellishment
  • Avoid: Dark brown , Black , Magenta , Turquoise , Spring green
  • Wear contrast a light top with a trouser in a darker tone.
  • Try and stay clear of vibrant colours like oranges, mustards and yellows; they may not suit your complexion.

Medium Skin Tone
  • Wear flattering colors like black, nude, royal blue, beige, khaki, navy, and pink.
  • Avoid dark brown, lime green and olive-green.
